A Young Estate Rooted in Terroir
Founded in 2023 by Tommy Chevallier in Venoy, Domaine du Triptyque reflects a family heritage and a philosophy of organic farming since 2018. With an energy self-sufficient cellar and sustainable viticulture practices, the domaine bridges art, wine, and nature to craft pure, terroir-driven wines.
Welcome to Domaine de la Meulière, a legacy since 1779 in Fleys near Chablis. As one of Burgundy's oldest family-run estates, it honors nine generations of dedication to and respect for land. The 30 hectares of vineyards, rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone, thrive under certified High Environmental Value (VE) Level 3 practices.
